T.H.I.N.K. Coffee opened on Broadview Street with one conviction: the best coffee shouldn't require a compromise. You shouldn't have to choose between speed and quality, between a quick cup and a good atmosphere.

We roast in small batches, bake everything from scratch, and treat every interaction like it matters — because in a town this size, it does. Greenbrier deserves a coffee shop that takes itself seriously without taking itself too seriously.
